Refund Policy
Patients are expected to book appointments after careful and thorough discussions with their healthcare provider. In case of cancellation by the patient, within 24 hours of the appointment, no refund can be initiated. In case of cancellation by the doctor, within 24 hours of the appointment, a complete refund will be initiated at the time of cancellation.
